MEETING SCHEDULE
Note: Due to the Coronavirus, all in person meetings are canceled until further notice. Please be encouraged to submit your concerns and thoughts via e-mail or Facebook.
Meetings are normally held on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 10:00am - 11:30am either at the Richland Library or the Richland Community Center depending on availability. Check on here the day before the meeting to confirm location. Bring a friend and come as you are! Refreshments provided, (sorry no childcare available).

Chronic Pain Defined
Chronic can be defined as any pain that lasts for longer than 12 weeks and is often characterized by outlasting the usual healing process.
